I will share 5 ways I get rid of stress:

Exercise – You do not want to add more tension, but you can tell when it is productive or harmful

Bath or shower – I do not know exactly why, but seems a shower to wash some of the stress

Turn off TV - 100 channels from 95 to only you worse. Who needs when it is loaded

Nutrition – I know that the trend is to eat garbage, but eat fruit and nuts for stressful times helps to balance the complex B and glucose. When sugar and processed junk just adds more stress to your system
