Symptoms of anxiety Stress

The stress and anxiety often go hand in hand. Sometimes we feel stressed, but it is a temporary emotion. When the stressor is processed, the excitement happens. It was then that stress is a good thing because it gives a boost when we need it – to complete an essay on time due to a crisis in the office or take evasive action in time of danger.

Stress is the natural way to help deal with temporary crises. Originally intended to deal with physical danger, our response to stress not evolved to cope with the constant mental trigger which, for many people, are a fact of life. When we are stressed, our "fight or flight" reflex is triggered, and an incredible series of events in our body begins.

Once the stress is removed, the body return to a position more relaxed. But if the stress does not? What if there is a constant phenomenon and the body is constantly "fight or flight" mode? In this case, the effects of stress column can have disastrous consequences. The first effect is that of anxiety, which is the emotion of stress without stress. Do not get me wrong, stress is a killer and should be taken seriously. modern lifestyle such as stress is inherent in daily life, we reconsider the cost of it.

My pulse is always high … How do I download?

I have chronic anxiety, which is compounded by the fact that I'm back in school. My pulse is constant morning in more than 100-120 beats per minute, which brings me OUT! When I really able to calm down, my resting pulse is more like 65-70 beats / min. I heard that Inderal is used to control symptoms of physical anxiety (And headaches, which also obtain). Has anyone experience w / this? I tried to take Effexor, but (although there) was in the hospital after an episode of tachycardia in more than 200! Suggestions? ((In addition to biofeedback, etc. .. been there, done that … does not work for me.)) Did I mention that I work in a hospital? I need something that works for when I'm at work … or school. I'm looking for something to drink (which is not a benzo or opiate) …

The IMO the most appropriate treatment would be to resolve the anxiety. CBT (Cognitive-behavioral therapy) has a success rate of 70% in the treatment of anxiety and phobia. Beta-blockers are never going to solve the underlying problem and are safe. Looking for something to "take" is not the answer to their problems. You have a life to come, we must try to solve the problem is not the mask with drugs.
