Headaches, dizziness and a kind of "attack" – this may actually be caused by anxiety? Of Chronic Fatigue?

I've been sick since the new year. It started with a virus as well as all sorts of symptoms strange feeling like cold water in my arms, tingling, sensitivity to light, feeling very ill. Then walked in the attacks: it feels like the body stops, the heart beats faster, the shortness of breath, drowsiness, and tremors and chills, which usually lasts 15 minutes about, after being very tired for hours. My final symptom was feeling sick and dizzy all the time. The Dr has been tested, but getting nothing but anxiety and possible chronic fatigue (post viral) worried about brain tumors, MS, etc. etc. The restoration I was talking about an MRI, but only as I chose – to put my mind at rest. Is this really be anxiety? It ruined my life — I have no social life, can not work or go to my Acitivities normal that I feel very hurt and the fear of having an attack. Can anyone help?
