Why sweat? Do I have any type of anxiety disorder?

Whenever I speak before a small group or even one by one with some people I feel my face flush and I started sweating bad. I mean, it starts pouring from my forehead. I recently started using Certain Dri, which is a product unbelievalbly excellent, and so my pit sweat, but unfortunately not everywhere. I notice that can be particularly serious when I am attracted to someone, even only a little. This is some kind of anxiety disorder? You do not take drugs if you must. I am taking antidepressants for many years to treat chronic insomnia (I have yet), but they killed my libido, and let's face it: life is better when you have a healthy sex drive. Can anyone recommends a certain type of relaxation technique or something to prevent it from making uncontrollable sweating? I really appreciated being able to talk to a vendor in Nice or anyone else without leakage. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

its just nervous. it happens to everyone. Do not be so hard on urself. Perhaps you just add more nervous than others. habit speaking before a crowd, and soon you will feel at ease and leaves. do not worry. haha. Get it? lol sorry. hehe. well anyway, worry and be sure to take showers daily. Also, try to make friends with people of the oppsite sex. talk to the boys. even if you do not be attracted by them. just words. you get used to.

  • Hi, Thanks’s for the article. so informative and inspiring me a lot. Today i want to share my knowledge about DHA. DHA supplements are the most important fatty acids, as well as EPA. DHA can be concentrated of the raw oil in the course of molecular distillation. There are still many benefits when you consume DHA supplements.
