Is it safe or dangerous to take Adderall and tranzene grass or St. John??

I take Adderall (10 mg twice a day) for ADD and tranzene dose (3.75 mg 2-3 times daily) as needed for anxiety. I started taking St. John's wort for about three days with these drugs, because I suffer from chronic depression, but can not tolerate the side effects of one of the SSRIs (I tried at least ten medicines for depression over the past 15 years). St. John's Wort and seems to be helping my mood, but I've been getting this strange feeling which feels like numbness, tingling, brain zapping. They come and go all day. It's the same feeling I get when withdrawing from Effexor and others have described the same experience with Effexor. Anyway, I asked my pharmacist and he said I did not know about drug interactions Plant which is shocking for me and supplements made from plants are big business, not his responsibility and the work anyway? : (I wonder if they are zapping SJW yes or mixture of these two drugs and the mixture is dangerous?
