Anxiety and panic attacks – What I fear?

Anxiety affects people of all ages, from adolescence old age. Although it can affect both sexes, is more common in women, although this may be because men are reluctant to inform their doctor. In general, women are more open to express their feelings and share their emotions than men.

There are two types of anxiety acute and chronic. Acute anxiety is commonly known as a panic attack, "Who activates the body's response to an emergency at an inopportune time. The symptoms of a panic attack may include, but are not limited to, lack of air, claustrophobia, palpitations, chest pain, dizziness, tremors, hot flashes or chills, nausea and a feeling of unreality. Over time, anxiety may have cumulative effects, and general aches and pains, muscle pains and spasms, insomnia, depression, loss of sexual appetite, and inability to relax. Panic attacks are unpredictable and can occur at any time without notice and take a few seconds to half an hour, some people several times a day, while the experience of others less often. Some people have one and never another. Many people think they are having a heart attack or stroke, and some people are afraid of being alone or being in places public for fear of having an attack. For years it was thought that there was no physical basis of anxiety, but many experts believe that a malfunction in brain chemistry can cause.

With chronic anxiety, people feel a vague sense of unease, the feeling that something bad will happen, and tend to be nervous and easily frightened. The symptoms are not as pronounced as anxiety acute, but can still influence a person's enjoyment of life. People with chronic anxiety spend your life on tenterhooks wondering when it will burst your bubble. May be negative in their outlook on life as if it will avoid the worst.

Some Doctors recommend calcium and magnesium, B vitamins and herbs such as catnip, chamomile, kava and valerian to promote relaxation. Sometimes antidepressants can be effective in treating the disease, but can have side effects or promote dependency. Relaxation techniques such meditation, massage and music may also help relieve symptoms. The exercise is to relieve stress and can reduce incidence of anxiety about his life.

I was dizzy, a feeling of heaviness in the legs and chronic fatigue and help you!?

I have fibromyalgia, but I fear it could be related to MS. However, my vision is good, but the weakness is debilitating! I am a full time student and the mother's sleep is not always an option. My doc ABS 7.5 hydrocodone prescription for pain and take Ritalin SR (extended version) for ADHD. I am in my last minute and can not tolerate the shakiness, dizziness and weakness! Any idea could help. My papers say that may be related to anxiety. No more drugs, you want a diagnosis.
