Bipolar disorder, anxiety and me?

Hello. I have all the above (aka me chronic fatigue syndrome.) If Life is sometimes very difficult.'m 24yrs old and live with my husband who is very supportive 42yrs old and my children who are over 17 years and under 6 years. I a very supportive mother, and generally a good support plan in place with doctors, etc. I have my own children and I know it would be a good mother, but worry whether it would be fair to the child is a sick mother and the risk of transmission of bipolar disorder and my husband too! Do you think it would be a very bad idea or should I continue because life is not easy for anyone is in any way a father? Thank you.
