Stress chest pain – the benefits of relaxing

Chest pain?
I have chronic chest pain on the left side of my chest. painful but very uncomfortable or stitches. I have generalized anxiety disorder and hypochondriasis. I've been several times to the emergency room … electrocardiograms had several blood tests. The doctor told me that since I'm not obese, do not smoke, do not do cocaine, and they with diabetes, it is impossible for me (a 26 year old) to have a heart attack or heart disease. My left arm numb and sparkling. My doctor says that it is anxiety. Should I worry?
Benzodiazepines helped me fix this problem. But meditation (that shit really works) and yoga are the way forward. 5000 years of trial and error we have given some treatments actually anazing. You must be willing to try.
