I am very concerned about stupid things considerably. There comes a point where it affects other ppl, and I hate it, any advice to relax and loosen? And even a little begin to act normally. Take also time to think about things that are important to you and make you happy when you start to panic about little things, take a deep breath count to ten and focus on what is important to you. You are in the way of doing things better by admitting what you do. If you do not improve, I suggest you consult a doctor.
