I have social anxiety .. has not been diagnosed, but I was very anxious in social situations that I know that. It has worsened over the years to the point where I am Nervous about my best friend who said all that, sometimes, even around my parents. My mouth was numb to the point where I can not speak or smile, and my heart runaway. Does Celexa help reduce physical symptoms of anxiety. I ask because I am a student nurse. I want to help people and I have the qualities that I do not know how I can deal with people when I have this social anxiety?
