Coping with anxiety / panic disorder?
Does anyone know of some ways to help the survival of anxiety and panic. Drugs are plentiful and I know them all, but curious to know how to deal with other "mechanisms that people can use when they feel "out" or "Removed"?
A couple of things that help (besides drugs, you said that you know already), at least for me, are breathing techniques, and, believe it or not, worry beads.
