I have a panic disorder caused by PTSD. A one day I was "different" and then I have a panic attack. Now I am on medication and had finished thearpy. I still the early attacks, but now how it was at first. I'm pretty good at the checkpoint. My biggest symptoms and the worst is unreal "Feeling. As if I look at my life from the outside. This is SO SCARY. Dr. told me this is only part of it. My husband and I just bought a new house, I lost my best friend and my mother married in a week. I had much to do and I feel have been handeling things well, but tonight I kind of mad and felt "out of the same" as if I was going mad.'m stuck awake and can not sleep. I do not eat and I do not know what to do. It's just hard to feel alone in this. I'm just wondering what others feel. You really feel stressed when it happens or just go to as is done with the blessing me?.
I panic attacks so bad ha my whole body is numb, it is alarming that I would call my sister or brother and I could usually talk about ITM, I noticed if let this fight happen and it does not last, but finally began to take Paxil because they brought me down and Ive been on Paxil for 6 years and have not had an attack since Ive been on Paxil.
