Cures for generalized anxiety, panic disorder and post traumatic stress?
Is anyone self-help "Cures" or strategies to cope with the disorder, generalized anxiety, panic attacks and PTSD? I can not get pay a psychiatrist and I would try to "cure" or the loss of mine. Thank you!
I had a few anxiety attacks during the last year. I think the best way to deal with him is a person called when you feel you are about to happen, it will help us understand why you're there. after that I was able to rationalize my fears, panic attacks became less frequent. Hope this helps.
