Nobody suffer badly from anxiety panic attacks /? need advice?!

I have a friend who is 28 years sufferer I think they are very, panic / anxiety attacks, very serious. He breathed heavily for a minute, then the other, seems to lose alomost your mind and perhaps a bit physcho – With his mind racing a hundred miles an hour, you'll be a little aggressive, very precarious, paranoid, what he says makes no sense and basically nothing will go crazy for a while, then the act the next day as if nothing had happened. I had panic attacks, but not the effects or how I behave as I say, anyone who recognizes these traits? Has anyone advice on the reasons what is happening and what I still go to the brain? Collection and people so that my friend does not appear! Thank you for any help
