What are the treatment options for anxiety disorders?

I'm going to a psychologist within two weeks. I think I anxiety anxiety disorder (constant nervousness and illogical and stupid or nothing, often to the point of making me sick). However, if I was diagnosed I am curious about the treatment options May that arise. And if anyone knows a forum help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I suffered an anxiety disorder usually about 5 years so I know what happens. I saw a therapist for a year and has also been put on antidepressants. They let you control the illogical thoughts that can control your life. I learned many techniques of breathing and relaxation to help me calm down before my fears out of control. Honestly, the drug helps the most, if not any way I feel as if I was going mad. Good luck and remember that you are not alone in this!
