How to get rid of anxiety and panic attacks?
I’m about 16 years old and have been experiencing anxiety and really bad panic attacks for the past 2 years. I am really getting sick and tired of this. What are some treatments to anxiety and panic attacks.
If you have tried different methods and its really bad to the point where you cant function normally or its getting in the way of school, go to the dr and talk to them about. They will give you a medication that is called an anxiolytic…which many people take. That will really help control your anxiety.
You should also try some meditating. Exercise your mind and learn to control it. Train your mind and your body to stay relaxed. It sounds like it woudlnt work, but you will be surprised.
