I'm afraid of tornadoes. Anxiety, sometimes during storms and nightmares. Anyone else?

Would this experience past life? I have never experienced a tornado.

With everything we see on TV and heard on the news not surprising as nightmares. Recent years have been so many disasters, it is difficult to count them.Maybe speak to a counselor or pastor about these fears, sometimes just talking about it helps. God bless! LOL
