Is Panic Attack / Anxiety Disorder?
I should know well .. for the past week, I experienced the following: * Difficulty breathing (especially in the middle of the night) * dizziness * Fear of dying (especially in the middle of the night) * fear of going too far from my house (thinking I'm going to faint If I go far only) * I feel I'm going to faint sometimes (but usually) * Paranoid (sometimes) I mean an anxiety disorder? and should I see a therapist? I help people! I feel pretty normal when I'm with someone for the night .. But if I'm alone .. I begin to freak out thinking I'm going to faint or die.
I had the same symptoms in the past and was finally diagnosed generalized anxiety disorder, social and panic attacks. Now I take medication for and I have these things happen. I am not a doctor, but I think you should see a therapist and possibly a doctor. (therapists can write prescriptions) should help there and not have to continue to suffer. Please help!
