Depression, anxiety and panic attack, I am 47 years old and have had some depression my whole life. "

It runs in my faimly. In 4yrs recent events continue to worsen. It is now being depressed all the time Iam depressed and have anxiety or a panic attack during noughting. Iam paralyiss make something Iam living and working in a place that does not want to be. I lost a very good work because of it. And I have low self-esteem, I think I can do the work I did for years. But would I do in my lack the courage to do so. IAM alone and I want to meet someone, but simply do not wish to go. That's it for me take to continue I could go hide somewhere .- I do not take drugs because of all the sideaffects.

Looks like you need a therapist !!!!!! I know when I have a panic attack, I need my medication. I could not live with my medication. Maybe try some new mediciation that will not negative side effects.
