anxiety and panic attacks help

There seems to be many people suffering from anxiety today, and with the additional constraint introduced into our lives for the poor economic situation the afternoon, and the concerns of redundancy on top of all the usual concerns about making ends meet and become heads of households for our children, no wonder!

After hearing some stories from a friend who has experienced these attacks, I decided to compile a list what I call common sense. I am not medically qualified to see what makes them.

My advice to reduce anxiety and panic attacks are:

1.Diet and exercise can By all accounts, have a surprisingly large effect on the incidence and severity panic attacks. Therefore, a balanced diet and healthy and good Don 't eat more.

2.Don 't be excessive responsibility to do things for people and Don 't Rush your life too. Take it easy! Many are caused by the stress of not having time to doing things, and sit in his time too.

3.Si you're one of these couples tend to discuss family problems and relationship while you prepare for the night, be aware that this can not be the best time to do it for people who suffer from some form of anxiety night. Commenting on the situation disturbing dreams just before sleep tend to increase during the difficult aspects of his life, he is useless.

4.Medication can help, but in my opinion, should be a last resort because, in reality, very little, if medications Don 't have side effects.

5.Talking someone who understands and cares about what everyone used to do before the idea of counseling has been designed. She therapy is great to talk with someone who you know and you know you can judge. Find someone who will support and positive reinforcement and I hope to see you. You'll be surprised at its usefulness may be, and as a by-product of the closest and the most to learn from another person, as the same time!

6.Breathlessness is that the attack on the most common symptoms of anxiety more experience. Breathing techniques may be useful during an attack. We've all heard of breathing slowly in and out of a paper bag. However, my special notice is combined with the close your eyes and think a little meditation. Very often useful.

I suppose I mean the obvious and it is really difficult to take this into consideration when you have the kind of anxiety resulting from panic attacks, but these attacks (except in rare cases there may be biological physiological reason to consult a doctor) is actually a product of the mind. An attack is the result of one person 's imagination of the perceived threat or danger. Indeed, the perceived danger does not exist, but it is much easier to say that I live where you are a victim ….
