Anxiety and Depression – Understanding the differences and dangers

A depressed person has a lot of anxiety and lack of control in the life of a person contributes to depression. Anxiety and depression are not the same, even if it may seem to most observers. So what are the differences?

Over 60% of severe depression are accompanied by different levels of anxiety. Both seem to be always connected. The treatments most frequently used in both is consist of cognitive-behavioral therapy, exercise and relaxation techniques, diet and nutrition plans and medications.

Anxiety disorders and depression are two distinct diseases, however, always seem to appear together. Any person who has both should seek professional help as soon as possible.

My friend a remeron for anxiety depression and insomnia. He wants to stop and go with natural remedies. Does someone knows something that works both as prescription drugs? Any personal experience? If the only answer if you are sure the herbs are working really for those 3 things

    8 years ago I hit rock bottom. My life was completely falling apart at the age of 24.
