HELP! How can I avoid the anxiety of anticipation?

I'm going mad with the fear of anxiety! I think not to other issues, just that I may have another anxiety attack, which causes anxiety. It is an infinite loop end. How can I avoid this? I had my major depression, but anxiety is killing me. I'm at 150 mg Zoloft too. Thank you.
