Anxiety and OCD have you taken these drugs? Are they effective. Anafranil, sertraline. Xanax?

I suffer OCD acute anxiety. Can someone tell me there experiences on these drugs. I think to ask my doctor to change prescription. I am currently in the propranolol, but not really do anything for my OCD, it only takes the edge of my mild anxiety. I heard thoughts xanax calm and good for anxiety. Anafranil is also effective, but more for the Sertlraline OCD and abit of both. all Information is appreciated. Aye cheers is what I told the doctor my age. it is abit of an ignoramus.
